In Real Estate, balancing today’s success with tomorrow’s growth goals creates possibilities. An EY Canada Senior Vice President who leads our Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction Practice in Western Canada, Andrew works with clients across the region to hit that mark.
Andrew brings more than 15 years’ experience providing a wide range of advisory, valuation, and transaction services to real estate industry owners and occupiers. He works with governments, First Nations and post-secondary institutions as well as private developers and institutional investors. Andrew is laser focused on enabling clients to maximize the potential of their real estate through effective business cases, valuation reports, corporate real estate strategies and structured transaction processes.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a DULE in real estate development from The University of British Columbia, as well as a certificate in urban design from Simon Fraser University.
