Annie Murphy
Strategist. Story-teller. Skeptical of the status quo.
Annie is a partner within EY’s Consulting practice. With over 18 years of experience Annie has completed multiple projects within both the Strategy and People Advisory Services areas of EY’s Consulting practice, as well as for EY’s global organization. Annie is a trusted strategist for the leaders of some of Canada’s largest organizations. She brings a wealth of experience in helping clients with strategic transformations, from developing the strategy and goals; to developing options; to facilitating and implementing decisions.
Annie also brings experience and certification in design thinking, embedding human centered design into her projects with great success. With a passion for challenging the status quo, Annie’s work always offers fresh perspectives, articulate messaging and visual appeal. Regardless of the size, scope, or type of project, she focuses on communicating and engaging with stakeholders along the way to help changes stick.
Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Calgary. She also is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources.
