A partner and tax advisor with EY Law LLP, Audrey brings nearly two decades of experience planning, executing and implementing complex and innovative commercial, corporate and tax structures for organizations across various industries.
Audrey’s experience in law, accounting and taxation, along with her in-depth knowledge of market trends, facilitates transactions, acquisitions, alliances and commercial agreements. With a deep understanding of family dynamics, she advises on the sale and generational transfer of family businesses, implements stock option plans and employee trusts, creates discretionary trusts, and manages estate planning and shareholding policies.
Audrey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) and a Bachelor of Laws from University of Montréal, and a Master’s in Taxation from University of Sherbrooke. She was admitted to the Québec bar in 2011.
She is a sought-after speaker, lecturer and trainer. She received the Rising Stars Leading Lawyers Under 40 award from Lexpert, and the Lawyer of the Year award in the Trusts and Estates category in the 2024 and 2025 editions of the Best Lawyers in Canada.
