Brenna Daloise

EY Canada Assurance Partner and Canadian Co-Leader, EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women program

Experienced Assurance practitioner focused on the mining space. Optimistic leader inspired by the power of Canada’s thriving community of women entrepreneurs. Avid trail runner in Vancouver.

Assurance can inspire trust and build confidence in a market that’s always changing. As a leader within our BC practice, Brenna works with public and private assurance clients to achieve that by translating complex realities into clear routes forward.

Focused on financial reporting and major transactions, Brenna assists clients with related accounting and reporting requirements spanning business combinations, securities, debt offerings, internal controls, and accounting standards adoption (IFRS, US GAAP, ASPE). With nearly two decades’ experience in the mining industry in Vancouver, and London (UK), Brenna works across the spectrum of clients, from SEC-registrants and Canadian public clients to private mid-market organizations. She champions and hosts our BC Mining CFO Roundtables and is an active member of our on-campus recruitment team.

Brenna is also national co-leader of our Entrepreneurial Winning Women (EWW) program here in Canada. An EY initiative that spans North America, EWW identifies ambitious women entrepreneurs and aligns them with the advice, resources and access they need to unlock their full potential.

A Chartered Professional Accountant in BC, Brenna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and finance from Simon Fraser University.

How Brenna is building a better working world

“Whether we’re working with an audit client to solve complex issues, or diving in alongside Canada’s intrepid entrepreneurs to build new solutions – I love engaging people in real dialogue.  Every conversation is a chance to drive change, and I believe we’re achieving that at EY in powerful ways.”
