Brian works with the Business Consulting - Infrastructure Advisory team, where he focuses on program delivery in Canada. He leads large-scale program management and project assurance in areas including portfolio and program management, portfolio optimization and independent project oversight on complex capital projects. He has overseen, reviewed and supported the delivery of large capital projects around the world.
Brian’s varied background has allowed him to develop a strong understanding of managing multiple objectives in a major capital and IT project environment, with challenging stakeholders and high degrees of complexity. He has been accountable for delivering large programs to time and budget. He has worked in multiple sectors, which has allowed him to understand the different objectives that drive various stakeholders.
Brian has a BSc with Honours (Quantity Surveying) from the Caledonian University. He also holds Project Management certification from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
