As the Global Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) Leader for Strategy and Transactions (Strategy and Transactions), Charlie is helping banks adapt to this new world and transform – through aligning capital strategies, business models and mergers and acquisitions activities.
He has spent the last four years leading the Asia-Pacific Financial Services Office for Strategy and Transactions, putting him at the forefront of industry issues – from the changing footprints of global and regional players, to the rising importance of FinTech hubs in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Sydney.
He has a wide experience of leading and executing banking sector transactions across the globe and also of building out a market-leading team in Asia.
Charlie earned a bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Durham.
