Collaborating with the EY tax policy network, Chris works with our tax policy advisers in more than 85 countries. The network advises clients on how to affect policy change directly and through strategically engaging policy makers.
He has wide-ranging experience at a senior level in advising governments internationally on tax policy options, tax legislation, economic matters and fiscal costings. He has given evidence to parliamentary committees, including in the UK, the European Parliament and South Africa.
Chris received an MBA (with distinction) from Warwick Business School and an MA (first class) from the University of Oxford. He is the Chairman of the UK Financial Secretary to the Treasury’s Tax Professionals’ Forum, a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor.
