Customer experience is everything in a noisy marketplace. As a senior manager in EY Canada’s Business Design Consulting practice, Christina leads clients in reimagining customer experiences to unlock the full potential of their business. Primarily focused on the telecommunications sector, Christina brings nearly a decade of experience fueling business-led transformation programs built on customer experience, digital strategy, intelligent automation, process improvement, data-backed analysis, and operating model design. Prior to joining EY, Christina worked in data-driven marketing industry roles. Christina holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management from Dalhousie University.
