In this role, Clint provides strategic leadership and advises clients across multiple sectors ensuring they access EY’s expertise in executing complex transactions in dynamic markets. Clint is known to deliver tailored insights and solutions through leading collaboration across service lines to meet each client’s unique challenges.
With over 20 years of experience, Clint has supported Canada’s most prominent private equity firms, pension funds and strategic buyers, while providing comprehensive services to support transactions, including financial and integrated transaction diligence involving some of the largest transactions globally. Additionally, Clint serves as a global coordinating service partner for clients.
Clint previously led EY Canada’s Transaction Diligence practice and was the Strategy and Transaction Leader for Canadian Energy. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba and is a member of CPA Canada. Based in Toronto, Clint continues to lead with a focus on innovation, client service and operational excellence.
