Connor Cleary is a Partner in EY Canada’s Health Care Technology Consulting practice, where she supports public sector health organizations through large-scale transformation initiatives focused on improving care delivery and system performance.
Connor brings deep expertise in health system transformation, combining clinical and operational experience across acute, community and primary care settings. Her perspective is shaped by work in Canada as well as internationally in the UK, Ireland, Singapore and Switzerland, allowing her to bring both local insight and global leading practices to complex system challenges.
Drawing on her nursing background, Connor focuses on advancing clinical optimization through care pathway transformation, system integration, and data and digital enablement.
