Duncan Meadows is a Partner in EY’s Insurance Consulting practice, where he leads complex transformation programs for insurers across Canada. His work focuses on operational strategy, target operating model design and organizational transformation to help clients achieve measurable performance improvement.

Duncan has been with EY for more than 13 years and joined the Insurance practice in Toronto in 2019. He has brought structured leadership and deep industry insight to major distribution, claims, underwriting and cost optimization initiatives, helping insurers translate strategy into practical, value-driven approaches.

Before EY, Duncan spent several years with a global insurer, gaining experience across claims, proposition design, business development and strategy.
