Glenn is EY Canada’s Banking and Capital Markets Leader, dedicated to helping clients thrive in the transformative age.
He collaborates with leading financial institutions in Canada and globally, advising on growth, strategic transformations and transactions. Glenn excels in managing large programs that integrate skills from across EY to address organization’s complex challenges.
Before joining EY, Glenn held senior roles at a leading global management consulting firm and an enterprise software company. He has extensive experience working and living across Latin America, which has enriched his ability to operate effectively across cultures.
Glenn holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering and Spanish from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
He actively contributes to the broader community as a board member and past President of the Canadian Club of Toronto. Glenn is also the former Presiding Partner of the EY Canadian Partner Forum, the firm’s senior governance body, and is a former board member of Friends of the Pan Am Path.
