As leader of EY Canada’s Centre for Board Matters, Helen coordinates director networks across the country and leads the Canadian Directors Network, supporting individual directors and audit committees in fulfilling their oversight responsibilities.

She is a Partner in EY’s Financial Services Audit practice, where she leads global bank audits. She previously managed the firm’s Financial Services Assurance practice.

A seasoned auditor and trusted advisor, Helen works closely with boards and executive teams to navigate complex reporting and regulatory challenges in an evolving economic and geopolitical environment.
