As EY Global Assurance Digital Leader, Hermann leads a team focused on creating specialized, detailed and differentiated assurance services by incorporating AI, robotic process automation and analytics.
He also founded our Statutory Audit Excellence offering – a technology-driven proposition that transforms statutory audits for our current and prospective audit clients. This offering drives significant innovation through data analytics, automation and client-facing digital project management tools.
Prior to his current role, Hermann led audits for multinational and global Fortune 100 clients’ shared services centers in addition to advising domestic clients on successful IPOs and M&A transactions. He has extensive global experience, serving technology and telecommunications clients in the US, Japan and Ireland.
He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in finance and accounting from the University of Florida.
