Jack oversees all business functions of EY in Greater China, managing 34 offices and 24,000 employees in the region.
With over three decades of experience in financial services consulting and auditing, his area of knowledge spans from listing reporting, due diligence to consulting services for Chinese, Asian and European financial institutions.
Jack is an active member in the community in Hong Kong and mainland China. Currently, he is a member of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). In Hong Kong, he serves at various government advisory committees including the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Standing Committee on Directorate Salaries and Conditions of Service and the Standing Committee on Company Law Reform. He also chairs the Financial and Treasury Services Committee of The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and serves as an advisor of Our Hong Kong Foundation.
