With 30 years of experience, Janice bridges and creates value by fostering, designing and implementing innovative strategies and solutions through a human centered approach.
Prior to joining EY, Janice served as a senior partner/managing director with three global professional services firms and an Assistant Deputy Minister with the Government of Canada.
Janice’s extensive public sector experience has been centred on helping organizations advance priorities and files related to talent and leadership, policy and programming, service design and delivery, back-office enablement, modernization and transformation, and enhanced impact for employees and citizens.
Janice is a Fellow Certified Management Consultant (FCMC), holds a Commerce degree from Dalhousie University, a Certificate in Public Sector Leadership and Governance from the University of Ottawa, a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Saint Mary’s University, and a Digital Government Transformation Certificate from Harvard University.
