As an Assurance Partner, Jeff has 20 years of experience serving Canadian registrants and SEC-listed organizations across multiple industries. His capital markets background informs his leadership in a highly regulated environment.
He advises clients on corporate transactions, including IPOs, acquisitions, divestitures and financings, and is one of EY’s designated SEC offering reviewers. Jeff is also a valued consultant on complex IFRS and US GAAP accounting matters.
