Jennifer Baziuk

Jennifer Baziuk is EY Canada Financial Services Insurance Leader and EY Canada Studio+ Leader. She helps organizations accelerate growth, lead transformation and deliver meaningful, customer-centric outcomes by aligning people, purpose and technology.

With more than 25 years of experience in financial services and insurance, Jennifer brings a unique perspective shaped by both industry and consulting experience. She has led large-scale transformation programs across claims modernization, core systems implementation, operating model redesign and enterprise-wide change, helping organizations align strategy, technology and people around a common vision.

Before joining EY, Jennifer worked in the insurance industry, where she built a strong client-side perspective and a track record of improving operations and contributing to business performance.

Jennifer holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree from Athabasca University. She is also a Chartered Insurance Professional and Project Management Professional.
