Jullie Hands is a Partner in EY’s Business Consulting and Transformation Delivery practice. She brings more than 30 years of industry experience, having previously held senior operational and transformation leadership roles within large, global insurance organizations across Canada, the UK and Europe. Her career spans a wide range of leadership positions, with particular depth in claims management and large‑scale transformation delivery.

Jullie’s experience includes strategy development, capability assessment, technology implementation, process optimization and change management. She is known for building high‑performing, diverse teams aligned around a shared vision and for maintaining strong stakeholder engagement during periods of significant organizational change. Her pragmatic, outcomes‑focused approach supports sustainable benefit realization and enables insurance organizations to adopt leading practices and innovative approaches to improve performance and service delivery.

She holds an MBA from the University of Bradford in West Yorkshire, UK, and a Law degree from Liverpool John Moores University in the UK.
