As an EY Canada partner, Lokesh is focused on assisting multinational companies align and transform their global footprint to their business operation model through structuring projects, cross-border holding and financial structures, cross-border transactions, global cash deployment and direct and indirect tax compliance and reporting.
Passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, Lokesh brings over 25 years of extensive knowledge and experience in a wide range of sectors, including mining, consumer products and retail, and manufacturing to help clients navigate the everchanging tax environment and create long term value.
A Chartered Professional Accountant in British Columbia, Lokesh is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Finance from Delhi University. He is also the co-author of the Ernst & Young Guide to Capital Cost Allowance.
