Nobesh Malakooti

Nobesh is a Manager and Senior Associate Attorney with EY Law LLP. As a US immigration lawyer, He practices in the field of business immigration law and has knowledge and experience on a wide range of matters, including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, and various other US immigration visas and consulate matters.

Prior to joining EY Law, Nobesh worked at another law firm in Toronto and provided Canadian immigration services on a wide range of topics including corporate and personal immigration matters. He helped clients with temporary visas such as work, study, and visitor visas and helped with applications for permanent residency and citizenship.

Nobesh is a dual licensed attorney and is a member with the State Bar of Michigan and the Law Society of Ontario. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Nobesh is a registered Foreign Legal Consultant in Ontario. He received his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Law and he received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Windsor, Ontario.
