She brings more than 25 years’ experience working with high-growth entrepreneurial companies in the public and private sectors. Paula counsels clients around governance, business and financial risk, and growth. That includes Canadian and US IPOs, as well as strategic transactions. Paula has served as Assurance leader for our Canadian retail and consumer products practice, and been a powerful catalyst within our life sciences group.
Paula is committed to unlocking the potential of Canada’s unstoppable innovators through her EOY program leadership roles both nationally, and in Ontario. As the first and only truly global award of its kind, EOY celebrates those who are building and leading successful, growing and dynamic businesses through programs in 60 countries. She is also a board member for the Canadian Women’s Foundation.
Paula earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with Distinction from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
