She leads large‑scale retail banking transformation programs, helping clients modernize lending, deposits and investments, redesign customer experiences, build next‑generation advice models, and navigate evolving regulatory and open banking requirements.

Puneet combines deep executive experience with EY’s transformation and technology capabilities, enabling organizations to deliver change with confidence. She is known for bringing clarity to complex challenges, aligning diverse stakeholders and translating strategy into measurable outcomes.

Before joining EY, Puneet held senior executive roles across major North American financial institutions, with responsibility spanning P&L ownership, enterprise product strategy, regulatory oversight, AML and compliance transformation, and multicultural banking. As an enterprise executive and CEO of a regulated subsidiary, she led strategic repositioning, strengthened governance and risk frameworks, and represented organizations in national industry forums.
