Successful sustainability strategies are designed with humans at the centre. As an EY Canada Partner, Robert enables clients to link strategy, people management and organizational change in pursuit of bold sustainability goals.

Based in Calgary, Robert brings experience guiding transformational efforts at some of Canada’s largest and most prominent energy, regulatory and public policy organizations. Today, he channels his experience into putting people at the centre of successful environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy, operating model and organizational structures in support of clients’ sustainability journeys. 

Robert obtained his Master of Business Administration at Wilfrid Laurier University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary. He is the national Power & Utilities Leader and ESG Leader for EY’s People Advisory Services, Workforce Advisory team.
