Sheila is a seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience in the Ontario healthcare system. Currently, she serves as a Director, Digital Health in the Technology Strategy & Transformation practice at Ernst & Young LLP. In this role, Sheila is leveraged and sought after for her expertise in operational effectiveness and modernization in government and healthcare. With a wealth of diversified experience in performance, contracts, analytics, and decision-support, Sheila drives insights into health system funding, operations, performance, and policy.
Previously, Sheila was a Senior Manager at a major consulting firm where she led transformative initiatives and teams within the Health Industry Strategy and Consulting practice. Her career also includes pivotal roles at the Toronto Central LHIN/Ontario Health and the Ontario Ministry of Health.
Sheila's extensive background includes senior positions at Mount Sinai Hospital and other professional services firms. Now back in consulting, she continues to shape the future of healthcare delivery. Sheila graduated from Queen’s University with a Master’s in Public Administration. She also holds a degree in Health Policy from York University – Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies and a BA in English from Trent University

In addition to her professional achievements, Sheila is very involved in her community and is an active ally to the LGBTQ+ community. She volunteers as a Board Member & Member of the Quality Committee at the Regent Park Community Health Centre, where she has been serving since September 2024.
