William works with public- and private-sector clients, advising on real estate related development projects, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions. He blends advanced technical know-how with strong business judgement to advise clients on the strategic and financial direction of their real estate portfolios. That includes debt/equity and joint-venture partner sourcing; real estate and corporate real estate portfolio management strategies, benchmarking, due diligence, and transaction support; financial modelling, and more.
William holds a Bachelor of Commerce in marketing and entrepreneurship from McGill University. He’s also a licensed FINRA Broker-Dealer, and Canadian Securities professional.
