Zoran Grabovac

Zoran Grabovac is a Senior Manager in the Government and Public Sector Consulting practice within EY Canada. He works with municipal, provincial and public sector organizations across Canada to address complex challenges related to service delivery, operating models, financial sustainability, organizational effectiveness and public policy implementation. His experience spans large-scale transformation initiatives, organizational and service reviews, revenue modernization, economic development and transportation strategy.

Before joining EY, Zoran spent a decade in the Ontario public sector, where he held strategic and operational roles focused on policy, program delivery and economic development. He also founded and led a technology startup through growth and acquisition, bringing firsthand experience in innovation, scaling organizations and operational execution.

Zoran holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University.
