Operational resilience: FINMA’s survey and scenario testing
We will present the key findings from the survey on operational resilience conducted by FINMA and then go into more detail on the issue of testing. This will also include a discussion on first responses from FINMA’s on-site reviews.
Principles of third-party risk management
We will present the most important steps of a transformation from regulatory outsourcing to third-party risk management within the context of FINMA Circular 23/1. In addition, we will cover international trends as outlined in the BCBS principles for TPRM.
Risk culture and senior managers regime
FINMA is currently carrying out several on-site reviews on risk culture at various institutions and, together with the Confederation, it is continuing to focus on senior managers regime (SMR). In view of these developments, this will be a good occasion to discuss these current topics.
