She is a ICF certified transformative coach, certified change manager and design thinking expert. She supports companies in their individual and organizational transformation journey, is specialized in future of talent management, competency development and human psychology. Beside her work, Deniz is an inspirational speaker and the author of “Out of Comfort Zone” as well as an extreme swimmer - World Champion in Ice Swimming.
