Many of our recruits are actually EY Returners, who come back to us with new perspectives. Learn why Rebecca Burton decided to return to EY.

We want our relationship with our people to last a lifetime. This is certainly the case for Rebecca Burton. Rebecca started to feel part of EY from her first day, and now she’s returned as EY Oceania Brand, Marketing and Communications Director.

“What I really love about EY, returning this time, is how the culture has grown to embrace greater diversity of thought and perspective. And also to great a working environment of greater agility and flexibility,” says Burton.
