EY announced its commercial sponsorship of the Junior Ryder Cup.

The agreement will see EY become the Presenting Partner of the next Junior Ryder Cup match, which takes place in Ireland in 2027 at Ballyneety Golf Course and Adare Manor, in County Limerick, as well as the 2029 match in the United States, and the 2031 contest in Spain.

The Junior Ryder Cup mirrors the iconic Ryder Cup event, with teams from the United States and Europe competing head-to-head. Distinctively, the competition features mixed teams of young men and women, 18 years of age or under, showcasing the very best emerging talent in global golf.

This global sponsorship represents a strategic collaboration between EY Ireland, EY US and EY UK, reflecting the organisation’s global commitment to developing future generations and supporting inclusive excellence.

Commenting on the sponsorship, EY US Managing Partner, Dante D’Egidio said: “From a US perspective, this sponsorship highlights the importance of creating opportunities for young people to connect, compete and learn across borders. The Junior Ryder Cup brings together future leaders from Europe and the United States, building relationships and experiences that extend well beyond the course. We are proud to support a platform that not only develops talent but also fosters confidence, ambition and international perspective.”

EY UK & Ireland Regional Managing Partner, Anna Anthony said: “We are incredibly proud to partner with the Junior Ryder Cup and support the opportunity it creates for brilliant young golfers from across Europe and the United States to compete, learn and develop. This partnership reflects the power of teamwork and shared ambition – values which are central to EY – and we are excited to play our part in supporting the next generation of golfing talent.”

EY Ireland Managing Partner, Frank O’Keeffe, said: “Hosting the Junior Ryder Cup in Ireland in 2027 makes this partnership particularly special for us in EY Ireland. We see first-hand the impact that access to world-class opportunities can have on young people, and we are passionate about helping to create those pathways.

“Through this sponsorship, we are proud to support young athletes at a formative stage in their development, giving them the chance to compete at the highest level and experience the global stage here in Ireland and beyond.”
