Our EY Ireland SAP team, in collaboration with Sandvik, have won the Best People & Culture Impact Award at the Irish Digital Transformation & AI Awards 2025.
The programme involved migrating Sandvik’s legacy ERP systems to a modern SAP S/4HANA environment, achieving a seamless flow of operations, facilitating a digital shift, and enhancing compliance.
We are proud to have partnered with Sandvik as their System Integrator Partner to drive a major transformational multi-year roll-out. The initiative brought together over 350 skilled professionals with our Dublin team serving as the central global transformation hub. This hub has enabled effective coordination and innovation while engaging team members from Sweden, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Finland, the US, the Philippines, Australia, India and the Netherlands.
This award recognises the fantastic work of EY Ireland’s SAP team and Sandvik, who together have implemented S/4HANA across Sandvik’s global operations.
