In our Intelligent Automation team, you’ll be involved in implementing and participating in the delivery of automation and AI solutions to clients while building your career.

Your role will span across both strategy and implementation, developing solutions using technology to help improve business, customer and employee outcomes.
 
 

What could you be doing?

  • As an intelligent automation professional, you’ll be involved in implementing and participating in the delivery of automation and AI solutions to clients. Our automation developers understand that automation is bigger than just one tool set and are unfazed by the rapidly evolving world of bots, AI and integrations, all while having a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and high-quality standards.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • An understanding of business processes, engineering, and coding/computer proficiency (including Python, C#, Visual Basic)
  • Experience or an understanding of Robotic Process Automation tools (i.e., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform and/or related automation tools & technologies)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to change language to suit the audience
  • The ability to solve complex problems and adapt to challenging situations
  • You can collaborate effectively in a team environment, and are passionate about people building and driving a culture of teaming
  • Qualifications

    We are open to applicants from any and all degrees.
     
    Common degrees/majors include but are not limited to:
    • STEM degrees
    • Technology
    • Business Management
    • Computing
    • Robotics/Engineering backgrounds
    • Or experience in the industry or a keen interest in IT, Robotics, Intelligent Automation

Your career journey in Intelligent Automation

As a graduate, you’ll be part of our 12-month graduate development program that has been developed for graduates in all service lines, and is focused on connection, learning and celebration.

The program will provide you with the opportunity to network with your peers from other service lines and geographies. Running in parallel to your technical learning, you will develop leadership skills to become a successful graduate, and as you grow as a transformative leader.

As a vacationer, after our company induction, you’ll start developing an understanding of how our Intelligent Automation teams work and will be ready to work alongside teams on real client projects. You’ll meet other new vacationers from your office.

Your buddy and your counsellor will help you learn your way around the organisation, set your goals and plan your development while you’re here. You'll be well looked after with ongoing learning throughout the Vacationer Program with sessions facilitated by our Learning and Development team, Campus Recruitment team and service line specific training. The Vacationer Program is a great way to gain valuable audit experience, skills and networks to start building your career.
