What is Quantitative Services?

The Quantitative Services team is pioneering advanced digital applications to help enable EY clients to be more efficient in the processes in respect to their assets. This has profound implications for their operational optimisation and utilisation as well as financial decisions. As a part of this team, you'll work with clients in a range of different industries (including government), assist in the development of analytical tools and build skills that are vital for a consistently evolving business and an advancing career. We also work closely with colleagues in different parts of the business to develop their own data analytical tools.
 
 

What could you be doing?

  • Get to know EY clients, their businesses and how they work
  • Work on a variety of EY clients from small business to multinational corporations
  • Assist in the development of analytical tools
  • Help to communicate the impact of your results and recommendations for improvement directly with EY clients
  • Get to know EY clients’ businesses, their strengths and opportunities for improvement
  • Attend client meetings, support proposals and develop market-leading solutions

Your career journey in Quantitative Services

As a graduate, you’ll be part of our 12-month graduate development program that has been developed for graduates in all service lines, and is focused on connection, learning and celebration.

The program will provide you with the opportunity to network with your peers from other service lines and geographies. Running in parallel to your technical learning, you will develop leadership skills to become a successful graduate, and as you grow as a transformative leader.

As a Quantitative Services graduate, you’ll take part in:-

  • Diverse learning in geospatial technologies, automation applications, digital platforms for assets and machine learning practices
  • Microsoft cloud technologies
  • Learn specific service line courses (boot camps, lunch and learn sessions) as well as accounting and taxation treatment of costs and assets

As a vacationer, after our company induction, you’ll start developing an understanding of how our Quantitative Services teams work and will be ready to work alongside teams on real client projects. You’ll meet other new vacationers from your office.

Your buddy and your counsellor will help you learn your way around the organisation, set your goals and plan your development while you’re here. You'll be well looked after with ongoing learning throughout the Vacationer Program with sessions facilitated by our Learning and Development team, Campus Recruitment team and service line specific training. The Vacationer Program is a great way to gain valuable audit experience, skills and networks to start building your career.
