In our Real Estate Advisory Project Management team, you’ll gain exposure to real estate valuations, transactions, advisory, funding and project management while building your career.

 

What is Real Estate Advisory Project Management?

As part of the Real Estate Advisory Project Management (REAPM) teams, you’ll gain a broad exposure to the following areas:
  • Real Estate Valuations - valuations across asset classes including office, retail, residential, in addition to specialist and emerging asset classes such as build to rent and healthcare
  • Real Estate Transactions – managing and planning transaction processes for sales, leasing and structured development agreements
  • Real Estate Advisory - various forms of engagements on behalf of private and government clients, including project feasibility, highest and best use analysis, due diligence and development strategies
  • Real Estate Funding - advising on capital funding options and overseeing and managing market-based processes to secure capital funding for projects and business plans
  • Project Management – working on project procurement, budgeting, feasibility and contract management while collaborating on a range of government, institutional and private clients to realise their property and development aspirations

 

What could you be doing?

 

You’ll have the opportunity to work in a range of services we offer across different asset classes. This could include providing real estate and project management services across:

  • Hospitals
  • Aged care and retirement villages
  • Specialist disability accommodation
  • Government infrastructure projects
  • Build to rent/purpose-built student accommodation
  • Specialist assets (data centres, airports and golf courses)
  • Land subdivisions and built form property developments
  • Major precinct redevelopments

Your career journey in REAPM

As a graduate, you’ll be part of our 12-month graduate development program that has been developed for graduates in all service lines, and is focused on connection, learning and celebration.

The program will provide you with the opportunity to network with your peers from other service lines and geographies. Running in parallel to your technical learning, you will develop leadership skills to become a successful graduate, and as you grow as a transformative leader.

As a REAPM graduate, you’ll:

  • Work alongside qualified valuers to work towards Certified Practising Valuer certification
  • Attend industry events
  • Subscription to Udemy for self-learning
  • Complete modules towards the EY Tech MBA

As a vacationer, after our company induction, you’ll start developing an understanding of how our REAPM teams work and will be ready to work alongside teams on real client projects. You’ll meet other new vacationers from your office.

Your buddy and your counsellor will help you learn your way around the organisation, set your goals and plan your development while you’re here. You'll be well looked after with ongoing learning throughout the Vacationer Program with sessions facilitated by our Learning and Development team, Campus Recruitment team and service line specific training. The Vacationer Program is a great way to gain valuable audit experience, skills and networks to start building your career.

I have worked on projects based out of both Sydney and Melbourne creating a national professional network. I’ve had so much exposure to different asset classes and skills, I feel like I’m continually growing.
