EY announces Jo Dooley as Clients & Industries Leader for the Oceania region

Dooley, who most recently served as Vice President, Enterprise at Microsoft Australia and New Zealand, will commence in September.

Ernst & Young, Australia (EY Australia) today announced the appointment of Jo Dooley as the Clients & Industries Leader for Oceania, succeeding Selina Short, effective September 2026. Dooley will also become a member of the Oceania Executive Leadership Team and the Global Clients & Industries Leadership Team.

Dooley will join EY Australia from Microsoft where she was Vice President, Enterprise at Microsoft Australia and New Zealand, leading a portfolio, driving digital transformation, cloud, and AI innovation for enterprise clients.

A seasoned technology and business leader with over 25 years’ experience across retail, consulting, and global technology firms, Dooley has held senior roles at IBM, SEEK, and more recently eight years at Microsoft, building high-performing teams and delivering strong client outcomes. She is known for inclusive leadership and active contributions to business and community through board and advisory roles.

On the new role, Jo Dooley commented:
