How Emma Herd is building a better working world

"Climate change and sustainability present unprecedented challenges and opportunities for business and the community, while navigating a complex policy environment. ESG is a performance differentiator and delivers long term value. Getting it right is critical.

I bring my experience of working across industry, banking and finance, policy and advocacy to work with EY clients to identify and help mitigate transition risks and capitalise on the emerging opportunities of one of the defining themes of the 21st century – climate change."
