Frank serves as EY Oceania IFRS Leader. In this role, Frank draws from his extensive commercial experience and knowledge of IFRS matters.

He is responsible for helping clients navigate the financial accounting and reporting landscape in delivering solutions. He is also a member of EY's financial instruments, and its business combinations working groups.  He is also a member of EY's Asia-Pacific IFRS leadership team.

Frank has served in various standard-setting roles: an Advisory member of the IASB Global Preparers Forum from 2015 to 2017; a Board member of the AASB; as well as a Project Manager at the IASB.

As well as this, Frank was the global head of accounting policy at a major financial institution for 12 years.

Frank is a Chartered Accountant (Australia), and Chartered Professional Accountant (Canada).
