Neal is an EY Infrastructure Advisory Partner and the EY Oceania Transport Industry Leader.
Over the last 20 years Neal has worked with Governments and private sector clients across Australia and overseas on the development and implementation of major transport infrastructure projects and transport policies.
Neal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand. He holds an Honours Degree in Accountancy and Finance.
