Prior to joining EY, Patrick had a tenure of 12 years at IBM, where he led technology consulting offerings across various portfolios.
His experience lies in implementing technology solutions to improve how government clients deliver better outcomes to their communities and security to their citizens.
Patrick's broad experience spans across system integration, digital transformation and technology strategy. In the past decade, he has leveraged this experience to help federal government clients implement digital, cloud, security, data analytics, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.
