Permenthri is a Government transformation leader with experience in programs of National significance from working in the public participation program in the writing of South Africa’s democratic constitution through to digital transformation in Government in Australia. She is a leader focused on building long-term relationships with clients, developing the next generation of talented leaders and passionate about equality, justice and diversity & inclusion in our society. 

Permenthri combines her business skills through her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Kwazulu-Natal in South Africa and her deep industry experience in consulting to government over a 20 year period in South Africa, New Zealand and Australia, with a passion for making a difference. While at IBM, Permenthri was a member of the global Industry Academy. Permenthri has also been a judge on the Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA) panel on the Prime Ministers award for public sector excellence.
