Tracey has built a career in health spanning the continuum across Acute, Primary, Prevention, Community, Statewide services, Federal and State government. She has held a number of Executive and Senior roles in NFP Primary Health Networks and State Health.

Tracey provides leadership in health transformation and digital enablement with an emphasis on a connected, person-centred and personalised future healthcare experience across the health ecosystem.  She supports organisations as they redesign, partner and plan for this future so that it is: patient-centred, supports the wellbeing and experience of health professionals, is adaptive, embeds learnings and considers their path of maturity and evolution, and works towards delivering value-based healthcare sustainably and equitably.

Tracey is a member of the Australasian Institute of Digital Health and Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Tracey is committed making a real-world difference, working together across the health ecosystem for sustainable change that improves the health and wellbeing of communities and individuals.

She sees her path into consulting as a way to do more across many towards this purpose.

Tracey keeps her close connection to community and supporting those most at need through her networks and NFP Board roles.
