How Jay is building a better working world
“I enable our teams to collaborate and solve our clients’ toughest issues. Placing large emphasis on engagement, I support the necessary learning and development opportunities to build critical skills from within, so that our teams can bring their best to our clients every day. I’m finding innovative ways to engage with our people and have them attend more events, connect with clients and take on new challenges in the market. In turn, this strategically enables our people to go-to-market smarter and better than ever before.”
