Tad is a Partner and the National Customer Technology Leader in EY Studio+, where he leads the growth of customer technology and digital engineering capabilities across Canada while strengthening strategic alliances with Microsoft, Adobe, Shopify and ServiceNow. He advises enterprise clients across industries on transforming customer-facing platforms, with deep knowledge in AI-native product development, unified mobile and web experiences, digital front-door strategies, spatial computing and complex systems integration.
Prior to joining EY, Tad spent over a decade leading cross-functional product, design and engineering teams, delivering large-scale digital transformation programs for major North American organizations. He helped create award-winning digital products and experiences used by millions of customers, led enterprise agile transformations, and scaled multidisciplinary teams of more than 300 professionals to deliver complex, multisystem programs at global scale.
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nanotechnology Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
