Tim serves as the Office Managing Partner of EY’s Waterloo Regional office. He pairs his deep business experience with a strong focus on community outreach and social responsibility.

Starting his career as a Manager in EY’s Tax practice, Tim advanced into global tax and finance leadership roles at BlackBerry and Sandvine before returning to EY. His knowledge in international tax structuring, compliance and risk management makes him a trusted resource for clients and colleagues.

A passionate advocate for change, Tim is deeply involved in the community, serving on boards with Waterloo Regional Health Network and Capacity Canada. A dedicated mentor at the University of Waterloo’s School of Accountancy and Finance, he holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Accounting from the university. He has been recognized as Waterloo Region’s Top 40 Under 40, and received the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants’ Award of Distinction.
