Todd is Senior Vice President in EY’s M&A Lead Advisory practice based in Montreal, Quebec. With close to 25 years of experience in professional services, Todd is a senior M&A professional with a wealth of experience advising entrepreneurial companies in the Canadian mid-market on their transaction needs. Prior to joining the M&A practice, Todd developed expertise in valuations and financial modelling when working in the Valuations practice for over 6 years. He started his career in the Assurance practice and during his 4 years in audit he gained valuable transaction-related experience through his participation on various special engagements such as buy-side due diligence, bond financings, and IPOs. He is a CPA, CA, a CBV, an Exempt Market Dealing Representative in Canada and Registered Broker Dealer in the USA. Todd graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce and also holds a Graduate Diploma in Accountancy from McGill University.
