Zac is a Senior Consultant in EY’s Consulting practice. He focuses on helping clients and stakeholders define project goals, document business requirements and align across teams. He supports digital transformation initiatives by creating use case diagrams, process models and business requirement documents. Zac has contributed to projects across the government, nonprofit and utility sectors, focusing on modernizing legacy systems, developing digital platforms and enabling agile delivery practices.
His engagement experience includes modernizing a grant management system for a Canadian research accelerator, supporting the digital transformation of public-facing applications for provincial government bodies, and aiding in the development of an accessibility registry for a nonprofit organization. He is also experienced in user research and Product Owner coaching.
Zac holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Victoria and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
