Julia has been working in EY's Swiss Strategy and Transaction division for more than 12 years. In the Strategy and Transactions business Julia focuses on global projects for important Industrial Products and Life Sciences customers. Also, she has a strong track record of success in talent matters, as she was a Talent Partner in the Strategy and Transactions team and in this role instrumental for the successful introduction of numerous measures for talent development and employee engagement. She holds a Master's degree in International Management from the University of Applied Sciences Joanneum in Graz, Austria. The native Austrian lives in Zurich with her husband and son.
