Let’s Talk about how to overcome the fear of failure and cultivate an inclusive and compassionate culture!
"The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing." - Henry Ford
Many of us believe that if we do not succeed in something, we have failed. Added to this, failure is frequently linked to fault. At work, we don't want to fail and we don't want to be blamed. However, what if we could shift to a culture of psychological safety in which the rewards of learning from failure can be fully realized? Are you limiting your and your team's learning and success by a fear of failure? An inclusive culture is more than gender, race and sexual orientation. It is about building trust that allows all team members to bring their full-selves to work - which includes their skills and knowledge and their failures.
We are happy to invite you to our September Let’s Talk event where we will address the topic of overcoming the fear of failure and cultivating an inclusive and compassionate culture.
