EY-Parthenon has announced the appointment of Simon Fahy to its Transaction Strategy & Execution (TS&E) team.

Simon rejoins EY as a Director after spending the last five years working in Toronto for a big four practice. He began his career in pharmaceutical manufacturing at GSK. 

In his new role, Simon will be combining his operations and transactions experience to support EY-Parthenon’s private equity and corporate clients in complex deals, focusing on value creation and operational due diligence.

He will be based in EY’s Belfast office where he will support the growth of the TS&E team in Northern Ireland. The Belfast team is an integral part of the wider UK TS&E team, initially focusing on pre-deal projects across operations, IT and cyber due diligence.

EY-Parthenon’s TS&E team provides transaction advice to assist corporate and private equity clients in realising the value proposition of their strategy through the integration or divestment of assets/businesses.
